What you get

Four things vendors buy, and one they can’t

Claimed, freeClaimed

A listing managers can trust

Description in your words, logo, three screenshots, pricing and website links, and the integrations you confirm, shown on both products’ pages. Under it, the number of managers we detect or who report using you.

ProPro

Attribution you can show your team

Your website button and affiliate link carry a ref and UTM tags. Clicks are logged by day, page and manager segment (country, portfolio size), never by named manager. Add the conversion snippet to your signup page, or report signups from your affiliate platform, and see what Atlas is worth each month.

ProPro

Adoption by country and portfolio size

A quarterly report of where your customers are and how big they are, with your share of each market. Aggregates only: no manager is named, and the data never leaves the dashboard except as your own CSV.

SponsoredSponsored

A labelled slot, never a hidden boost

One vendor per category gets the slot at the top of that category page, marked “Sponsored”. The organic list under it does not move. Sponsored also buys a mention in the Brief newsletter each quarter, labelled the same way.

Affiliate and attribution

How a click on Atlas becomes a number you can trust

  1. 01

    Every link carries your tag

Buttons on your listing go out as ?ref=atlas&utm_source=vrmatlas&utm_medium=directory&utm_campaign=<your-slug>, plus a click id.

  2. 02

    Clicks are logged, not people

The dashboard shows clicks by day, by the page they came from and by segment: country and portfolio band. Managers are never named.

  3. 03

    Conversions close the loop

Paste the Atlas snippet on your signup success page, or map your PartnerStack, Impact, FirstPromoter or Rewardful programme. Where a programme pays, Atlas takes the referral and says so on the listing.

Questions

Something else? Email hello@vrmatlas.com.

Why can’t I pay to rank higher?

Because managers would stop trusting the list, and then nobody wins. Category pages are ordered by what managers report using, with what we detect on their websites alongside. Sponsored buys a labelled slot above the list; it never moves the list.

What does “used by N managers” mean?

Managers whose public website runs your product (booking systems, widgets and scripts we detect), plus managers who report you in their stack on Atlas. The two are shown separately, and a reported count only appears once three or more managers report it.

Can I get the list of managers who use us?

No. Per-manager software is private on Atlas. You get aggregates: counts by country and portfolio size, trends, and the pages your clicks came from. Managers can choose to show their stack on their own profile.

What is Verified?

A free check. We confirm the company exists and that you control the domain, and the listing shows “Verified <month year>”. It is not a plan and it is never sold.

Do I need to talk to anyone?

No. Claim with a work email, edit the listing, and upgrade by card from the dashboard. Cancel from the same place. Email hello@vrmatlas.com if you get stuck.

What is a launch partner?

A one-off for the first ten vendors: Sponsored for 3 months, a co-branded “Find your <Vendor> managers” page, the launch report and one Brief sponsorship. It is arranged by hand because the co-branded page takes work on both sides.

Do you take affiliate commissions?

Where a vendor runs an affiliate programme, Atlas joins it and uses that link on the listing. It never changes placement or counts, and the listing says “Atlas may earn a referral fee”.
