Occupancy fell across almost all tracked destinations in September

Occupancy fell in 20 of 21 destinations. Pembrokeshire's occupancy was 44% in September, down 27 pts on August. Isle of Wight's occupancy was 47%, down 20 pts on August. Snowdonia & North Wales's occupancy was 46%, down 17 pts on August.

Average nightly rates fell in 20 of the 21 destinations. Pembrokeshire's average nightly rate was £225, down 4% on August. Isle of Wight's rate was £230, down 17% on August. Lombok & Gili Islands' rate was IDR 2.7m, down 17% on August.

London's occupancy was 48%, unchanged on August, and its average nightly rate was £210, down 3% on August. Miami's occupancy was 40%, down 2 pts on August, and its average nightly rate was $275, down 6% on August.
